GigzLabs provides competency training across various job fields - general labour, bartending, hospitality, and more. Workers can refine their current skills or learn new skills to become qualified for more jobs.
01. Certify
Pass the Ready Course. Unlock the work.
Every Gigz worker completes a Gigz Ready Assignment before accepting their first job. Within GigzLabs, you can also pursue category-specific certifications (Bartending, Forklift, Snow Shoveller, etc.) that unlock higher-paying jobs in the worker pool.
Status: Fully Qualified. Once certified, your profile shows the badge so customers see your verified skill before they book.
02. Stack
Stack credentials. Stack jobs.
Upload your existing licenses (SmartServe, forklift, food handler) and let Gigz verify them. Every credential you add expands the categories you can be matched into - and the rates you can charge. More skills means more job opportunities.
Tier progression
From Bronze to Platinum.
Workers earn tier status through completed jobs, ratings, and certifications. Higher tier means access to higher-paying jobs and priority in the matching queue.
Bronze
Onboarded. Background-checked. Ready Course complete. Eligible for general labour jobs.
Silver
10+ completed jobs at 4.5+ rating. Eligible for handyman, packing, furniture assembly.
Gold
25+ jobs at 4.8+ rating, one category certification. Bartender, waitstaff, forklift unlocked.
Platinum
75+ jobs, 4.9+ rating, multiple certifications. Top tier - priority queue, premium rates.
